Q. How does the trial membership and promo code work?A.
All trial periods are calendar days not workdays.
Join now links and invites:
If you received a free trial period by clicking on the "join now" link on the website or you received an invite link that gave you a free trial period, you will be asked to provide your payment information at the time of signup and will not be charged until the end of your trial period.
To continue your membership nothing needs to be done on your part, you will automatically be charged the membership fee at the end of your trial period.
Promo Code:
If you received a trial period using a promo code, you would not have been asked to give your payment information when joining,therefore in order to continue your membership you will have to log in prior to the end of the trial period and enter your payment information into your profile area.
If the trial period has ended before you entered your payment information, you will be denied access to the members area when you try to log in. If you would like to continue your membership, there will be an option to choose a membership level you would like to join and that will allow you to enter your payment information and re-activate your membership.
Cancellation
Joined by Promo Code:
If you used a "promo code" to join, your membership will automatically expire at the end of the trial period and does not require any further action, if you no longer wish to continue your membership after the trial period expires.
Joined by"Join Now" link from the website or from and "Invite link":
If you joined using the "Join Now" link from the website or an "Invite Link", please follow the steps below to discontinue your membership before your trial period ends to avoid being charged.
- Log into your account
- Goto your profile and cancel your membership.
- Log into your PayPal account and cancel your subscription.
The above step will take you out of our membership system and cancel your PayPal subscription.
